  • Additional Hours:  Additional/Per Project Hours billed at 20% discount

"Gold" Service Plan

Our gold service plan consists of the following advantages:

  • Incident response time:  4 hours (Monday-Friday) **
  • On-site Service:  6 hours
  • Remote/E-mail Support Service:  6 hours
  • Telephone Support Service:  10 calls
  • Workstation Patching:  Included
  • Server Patching:  Included
  • 24 x 7 Network Uptime, Monitoring & Reporting
  • Additional Hours:  Additional/Per Project Hours billed at 10% discount
